1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with GM Media services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate system access immediately.

2. Services Description

GM Media provides professional automation consulting, including but not limited to WhatsApp chatbot development, lead filtration systems, and CRM integrations. All specific project deliverables are outlined in individual Service Agreements.

3. User Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate data for automation sequence configuration and for complying with the policies of third-party platforms utilized in their automation (e.g., Meta's Business Policies).

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, the architecture of the automation systems developed by GM Media remains the intellectual property of GM Media, while client-specific data remains the property of the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

GM Media is not liable for system downtime caused by third-party platform changes or API deprecations beyond our control. We provide "Best Effort" support for all deployed automation protocols.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
