DATA DELETION CALLBACK

1. Overview

In compliance with Meta's Platform Policy and global data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA), GM Media provides a clear mechanism for users to request the deletion of their personal data processed through our Facebook/Meta integrations.

2. How to Request Deletion

You may request the full deletion of your data from our systems by following one of these methods:

• Send an email to contact@gmmedia.co.il with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Message our automated support line via WhatsApp and type "DELETE MY DATA".

3. Processing Time

Upon receipt of a valid request, we will initiate the purge of your personal identifiers (Name, Email, Phone Number) from our active lead databases and communication logs. This process is typically completed within 72 hours.
